Lecrin Valley (Granada)

A newly constructed house on the outskirts of Melegis, with a garage, a small garden  and all mod cons. On the ground floor there is a large garage with room for a couple of cars and a small workshop.  There is also a large living room, with a small kitchen, a fireplace and room for the family and all their friends.  Behind this is a small internal patio. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, another full-sized kitchen and a salon. On the second floor there is another bedroom and a large roof terrace with views south across the valley.

The house is very large, nearly 300m2 and was built by the owner, who owns a construction business and has used only the best materials. It is  ideally situated on the edge of the village.
