With road access to the entrance to the finca and the main irrigation channel running through it, Finca Paqui is ideally situated, with views across the valley to the Guajar mountains and access to the motorway from Granada to Motril only ten minutes’ away. The finca is divided into three areas, one with olive trees, one with almonds, which has the main water distribution pump room on it, and one with vines and citrus of every type. There are 9607m2 of land overall and this would allow the building of an agricultural building which would give views from either the citrus or the almond areas.
