The archetypal village house, situated in Saleres, Casa Golondrinas is ideal for a small family or a couple of couples. Downstairs are a stable and what was a living room and upstairs are two rooms of a reasonable size. It the upstairs area was opened up it would be a very light and airy living environment, and there would be plenty of room for two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. It would be possible to replace the current tiled roof with a roof terrace and an extra room, and from here there would be good views across the village and the river valley.
