A very recently constructed house which has hardly been lived in, in the charming village of Guajar Faragüit in the Guajar valley.
The house is on the road through the Guajares, a quiet road which ends at Guajar Alto, the last of three villages in the valley. The village is seven minutes to the old Granada to the coast road and the nearest seaside town is Salobreña, sixteen minutes from the house. There are bars and small shops in the village, all within walking distance.
The house is on four levels. You enter on the first floor where there is a vestibule and a spacious open plan salon/kitchen/dining room. There is also a WC on this level. Down one level from here is a large open space with a barbecue and work space ideal for having the family gatherings in the open air but with overhead cover to avoid those scorching summer days. There is a separate stepped entrance to the house here, covered with trees and lush vegetation.
Up one level from the salon are three bedrooms, all of a good size, and two bathrooms. On the top floor is a large terrace with views to die for. Half the terrace is covered and the other half open for sun-bathing.
This is a fantastic house for permanent living. The fittings are all new and the external windows and doors are all double glazed. Furnishings and fittings are included.
