On the corner of a quiet Street in Restabal, less than a minute’s walk to two small village supermarkets and two minutes to a bar and a bar/restaurant, is Casa Flor.
It is in fact a village house with a stable and storeroom attached. It is in need of renovation, but this is not a massive job, especially as far as the stable and storeroom are concerned.
The house has two rooms and a kitchen downstairs, but the partition walls could be easily removed to change the distribution. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The stable and the storeroom next door are both large spaces and were quite recently built so converting these to living accommodation is a relatively easy job.. There is a little outside garden space with stairs leading from the stable to the storeroom and from the storeroom there is access to a good-sized terrace with views across the valley to the Sierra Nevada.
