Just when I thought I had had enough of renovating houses, Casa Hermi was offered for sale. On the medieval main road to the coast, now a quiet, narrow village street, it has loads of potential, has great views, a patio, a terrace on the first floor and a roof terrace.
There have been recent works done to the floors with reinforced concrete beams and concrete inlays making them safe and stable
I’ll give you the details of the house as it stands now, but renovating it would give lots of space on both floors and even more if you cover or part cover the first floor terrace
On the ground floor is a living room with open fireplace, a good-sized room used to store agricultural equipment and a garden/patio big enough for a plunge pool.
On the first floor are another couple of rooms and access to a terrace, ideal for breakfasting as it is east-facing.
There is a roof terrace with great views across the valley to the Sierra Nevada mountains.
If I had the time, I would renovate this house myself and undoubtedly sell it at a profit.
