Casa Luz is found on the most historical street in Lanjaron, Barrio Hondillo. The barrio is a remnant of the great silk trading routes across Europe. As you walk down the street, taking in all the gorgeous, floral decorations on the houses, and enjoying the Spanish sun, you will find Casa Luz. This traditional Spanish town house is tucked away from the hubbub of daily life, yet still has a great central location. Immediately, as we enter the house we are met by a good-sized foyer, perfect for welcoming guests. Towards the back of the house there is a great storage room which funnily enough used to be a stable! The house is built around a central staircase and as you spiral your way up, you will find the different living areas and bedrooms. On the top floor, we have two more good-sized rooms ready to be repurposed to suit your needs. The larger of the two leads out onto a roof terrace with quite fabulous views of the mountains surrounding Lanjaron. This will be a great place to sit in the evening, watch the sunset, and enjoy a G&T.
