A business opportunity or two houses to share with family and friends or to use as a business. Casa Stefan is located in a quiet street in the charming town of Guajar Faraguit, in the Guajar Valley.
It is currently used as two rental proprties, and has all the necessary licences to operate as rural accommodation, but it could be divided and used as a house to live and another to rent or whatever you prefer. The houses are connected in a patio with seats and a beautiful bougainvillea to give color and shade. In the courtyard there is also a pool, half sunk in a cave, with solar heating and equipped with jets of hydromassage ideal for relaxing, in case the atmosphere around it is not enough. The houses are approximately similar in size and shape, although one has capacity for seven people and another for four.
In both houses, on the ground floor there is an open concept kitchen that overlooks a dining room and a living room. On the first floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The houses have Wi-Fi connection already installed, so there are no problems to keep in touch with the world.
On the roof there is a large terrace with shaded areas, sun loungers and hammocks so you can rest after a day walking or on the beach. The beach is only twenty minutes away by car and Granada City is 40 minutes away.
