High above Restabal with views to the Sierra Nevada and with the Sierra Guajares behind, is Finca Carlos. It is a very good size, approximately 26,000m2 and is covered in extremely productive olive and almond trees. It has been maintained with great care and has its own large water tank connected to an efficient irrigation system. There is a stand of pine trees at the top of the finca and also a spring which runs year-round, a great rarity in Andalucia.
There is also a small cortijo of approx 40m2 at the entrance to the finca, but there is enough metreage to apply for planning permission to build a house. Electricy runs alongside the finca.
