A delightfully secluded \u00a0little house hidden away in a garden full of trees in the village of Melegis.\u00a0 Recently constructed it is in pristine condition.\u00a0 It is a few minute\u2019s walk from the bar\/restaurant Los Naranjos and less than that before you are walking in the countryside.<\/p>\n
The house is entered by way of a driveable ramp up from the road, allowing parking on your own land if wanted.\u00a0 You then walk twenty metres or so through the garden to a charming patio to the front of the house, ideal for eating out.<\/p>\n
You enter the house directly into the lounge\/diner off which are two en-suite bedrooms, a separate WC and the kitchen which has its own door to the outside.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0There are stairs to the mezzanine where there is ample room for a third bedroom. \u00a0Both bedrooms also have their own doors leading to the patio.<\/p>\n
The house has air conditioning throughout and a wood-burning stove in the living room giving a lovely cosy ambience in the winter.\u00a0 All windows are double-glazed and it takes no time at all to warm the house up.\u00a0 The garden has mulberry trees and a walnut tree and there are scattered benches and a sturdy table which is used as an outside office in summer, or indeed on sunny days in winter.<\/p>\n
