A typical village house for restoration in the lower barrio of Albuñuelas, with a rarity, a row of small buildings directly in front which could be put to a variety of uses, a small garden, a pool with patio, workshops, garage; – the choice is yours. The house itself is on three levels, although the top level is classified as a secadero, where peppers, hams, sausages etc are air-dried. This could be converted into a large roof terrace with views across the village to the Albuñuelas gorge and the mountains beyond. It has mains connections for everything, water electricity and sewage. There is room on one floor for two en-suite bedrooms and on the other a lounge/diner/kitchen.
Personally I prefer to have the bedrooms on the ground floor where it is cooler in summer and the living area on the first floor for light and airiness. It is for sale for a good price which reflects today’s market.
