A ruined mill of impressive proportions at the end of a concrete road, with water abutting the land and a stretch of land going to the river. This mill needs pulling down and starting again, although if a smaller building was constructed in its place some of the walls could be left to make a lovely walled garden. Behind the mill the land rises to the acequia real which has water permanently running in it from the Rio Durcal, and above that is Murchas Castle. Some strenuous clearing of the undergrowth would allow the setting up of a lovely garden and a narrow stretch of land to the side of the mill leading down to the river, again at present choked with undergrowth, would make a lovely orange filled passageway. These kinds of properties are very rare to come by, as there are simply very few left, and this one is at a bargain price.
