I’ve heard this property called all sorts of names, but it is officially known as Budas, although local pronuciations do not necessariy bear any relation to the spelling. I have looked across the lake at this property for a couple of decades and have occasionally asked who owns it. Now I know and they are willing to sell what must be the best location in the valley which cannot be replicated anywhere arouind the lake. It has fantastic views, is close enough to the lake to be able to throw a stone into the water, (when the lake is full!) and is surrounded by rustic land, so no houses can be built nearby. There the ruins of several outbuildings that could also be reconstructed. It has legal paperwork attached to it so it is simply a matter of rebuilding the house, there’s no applying for lengthy first-time building permissions, it is just a matter of keeping to the footprint of the current building. It won’t be a cheap enterprise but you will make a good profit oif you ever decides to sell and meanwhile will have a house with the best views of the lake in the valley, and a six-minute walk to the nearest village, restaurant and small supermarket.
