On the edge of the village of Murchas, with great views down and across the valley, is a three bedroomed house that is crying out for expanding into one of the truly great houses of the valley. The house at present has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a garage, a kitchen/salon, a large roof terrace and a garage. But the most impressive thing about the property is that it comes with approximately 1500m2 of garden which is urban land. This means that the house can be expanded to whatever size is required and a pool and pool buildings, a bar and outside kitchen can all be built without having to ask for a change of use of the land. I don’t think anything like this has ever come onto my books. The only thing missing is imagination.
