The main house has car access to the door and parking in front of the house or a garage could be built. The house consists of two floors and a large store room underneath. The bottom floor of the house I feel would be best used for bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, three in total and all of a good size. The top floor could be flooded with light and provide an open-plan living area with great views over the valley. A new roof has been fitted in the last few months, thus avoiding the expense of doing it yourself.
From the ground floor there is a bridge leading to the garden and cortijo. The cortijo could easily be converted into a very spacious two bedroomed accommodation, or used as a summer retreat utilising the garden to the front where a pool could be built. Or it could be used to accommodate those guests who are sure to appear when you show them the photographs of the finished project. If a terrace were to be put on this part of the house it would be a gem of a building with patios, roof terrace, garden, pool and accommodation. Or if you fancy a renovation project with an eye to making a good return on resale, that is another possibility.
