A farm of 20,000m2 with the best views I have seen in the valley, with a building of 75m2 which can be converted to a house.
Above Restabal, just below the summit of the hills there is a farm of 20,000m2 of almond trees in excellent condition. The farm has its own well, pump and storage tank and is fully legal. The building currently there is listed as an agricultural store but I have spoken to the council architect and permission can be applied for a project to build a house of up to 150m2.
The views are outstanding and the track to the farm can be traversed using a normal road car.
