Of course I don´t have favourites, but if I did this would be one of them. A finca of 4,600m2 just on the tree-line above Saleres, with a stream running alongside, access to the entrance via a track, ten drive minutes from the nearest bars and restaurants and in perfect condition. It has olive, orange and lemon trees and is large enough to allow the building of a 40m2 building.
There is an irrigation system in place which is again well maintained. There are two parts to the finca, the smaller to one side of the track and the main part on the other. Either would be suitable for a small non-dwelling building and both would offer of views across the valley to the snow on the Sierra Nevada.
The present owner has a deer-scarer as the area is full of wild-life. Wild boar, deer and a multitude of birds, all make use of the small steam alongside. A real gem at a realistic price.
