Above the village in the foothills of the Sierra Albuñuelas, sits Finca Ocre. It is a large and very well-maintained finca of 49,000m2 covered in olive and almond trees, over 850 olive and 80 almond. The trees have been well-cared for and are wonderfully productive. There is a concrete road for most of the way from the village with the occasional stretch of gravel all easily navigated. On the land there is an agricultural building of 40m2 which has inside a kitchen/living room a bedroom and a bathroom, ideal for spending short periods of time. It could make a charming weekend retreat or holiday home. There was a well on the land some years ago but it was buried in a flash flood. A little adventure for the new owner to discover it! Like many fincas in the area, there is an ‘era’ or traditional threshing circle next to the house. Features such as these make this the perfect traditional Spanish getaway.
It must be stressed that this is not classified as a full time dwelling.
