High above Restabal with views over the valley to the Sierra Nevada, sits Finca Rita. It is well connected to Restabal with an all-weather track and there is village potable water and electricity nearby. Irrigation water is from a communal storage tank adjoining the land. It is large enough (3437m2) to construct an agricultural building of around 40m2. At present there are several almond trees on the property but with irrigation water within a few metres, suitable trees could be planted and would flourish.
