Sometimes I’m not just selling a house but a completely different lifestyle. Whether this be permanent or temporary is your choice, but to be able to break from one lifestyle and change completely may be the exact thing you are after.
Finca Sergio will enable you to do just that. Living at a height of around 1300m, well above noise and light pollution, you’ll have comfortable summers and bracing winters, be able to grow your own food and also have an income from the commercial farming of almonds and chestnuts, approximately 15 tonnes of the former and somewhat less of the latter. You will be living completely off-grid with solar panels and spring water. There are approximately 22 hectares of land with the finca.
You will be less than half an hour from the nearest supermarket so no need to pop down more than once a week, if that, and the same to restaurants and bars. You will need a 4×4 or a vehicle with good ground clearance, Kangoo-type vans are ideal.
The property has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living area with kitchen and a large open fireplace. Outside there is a patio with views across the mountains and down to the sea. There are also an outbuilding for animal and another for stores.
