This project is being offered by a leading architect and a Notario in Granada who have a large piece of buildable land on the edge of Melegis with approval for up to fourteen plots of approximately 250m2 each. The plots can be sold individually or adjoining plots can be sold together. It is permitted to build a house on two floors (plus a basement) amounting to 60% of the overall size of each plot. e.g. on a plot of 250m2 you can build a house of 150m2, big enough for three or four bedrooms.
