On the edge of Melegis, with views across the valley from the top windows or the to-be roof terraces, this is a building that has been built as far as was needed at the time, but needs converting into the house full of light and promise that it so easily could be.
At the moment it has four distinct areas, which could be adapted for whatever use the owner wanted. We think that a central atrium would be ideal, which would bring light flooding into the bottom of the house, and that the top floors would take care of themselves. Two bedrooms, a kitchen dining area and a lounge would be easily achievable, and two terraces on the roof, with a small room/mirador there as well.
There is water and electricity connected, it just needs imagination and ambition added.
Melegis has a couple of small supermarkets, a famous bar/restaurant with great views and a sixteenth century church.
