In a quiet street in the sought after village of Melegis, where many of Granada’s nobility had homes in the past, is casa Nono. It could be lived in as is, but would benefit from a bit of renovation work. On the ground floor there are two salons, a kitchen, a snug and a W.C. On the first floor are three bedrooms, a terrace, another bathroom and a large storeroom. All the rooms are of a good size (except of course the snug) and the house is in a village with all amenities, including two restaurants, two bakers and a bank. A bit of imagination and not too much money could turn this into a very comfortable village house
