In the village of Restabal, a minute or two from the local bars and restaurant, two small supermarkets and a chemist’, the house is ideally situated. Parking is less than a minute away.
The house is accessed from a small street with no other properties sharing, and has two entrances, the main entrance and another to the utility room.
On the ground floor is a salon with fireplace leading to a fully fitted kitchen and from there to the garden, which is paved for ease of maintenance and has an ornate plunge pool and excellent views. Also on this floor is a double bedroom, a bathroom and the utility room.
On the first floor is another salon, two bedrooms and another bathroom.
Stairs lead from here to the roof terrace with fantastic views to Beznar lake, the villages of the valley and the Sierra Nevada mountains, snow covered in the winter.
There are exposed wooden beams throughout the house giving it an authentic Lecrin Valley flavour, night storage heaters throughout the house which keeps it nice and cosy in the winter months, each of which can be individually programmed.
The property is registered for rentals and can be used to provide an income if the owners don’t want to live here permanently. It has a very successful rental history.
