A cortijo built by a local builder on 50,000m2 of land in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, 15 minutes’ drive from the nearest village and the Granada-Costa Tropical motorway, this is what so many people are looking for, a getaway in the mountains but in easy touch with civilisation.
The cortijo is on two levels, the bottom level has been fitted out with a lounge/diner/kitchen with an open fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The top floor has four large rooms and another room for a bathroom. These rooms can be distributed as wanted by the new owner, and the second floor can be left as a separate entity or connected to the ground floor by a spiral staircase. There is a large storeroom and bodega built into the hillside to store wine as well as numerous outbuildings and two large water tanks above the property. A built-in barbecue can be found to the front of the property.
The finca is very productive with 3,000 almond trees, 180 olive trees, 400 vines and numerous fruit trees.
