A cortijo built by a local builder on 50,000m2 of land in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, 15 minutes’ drive from the nearest village and the Granada-Costa Tropical motorway, this is what so many people are looking for, a getaway in the mountains but in easy touch with civilisation.
The cortijo is on two levels, the bottom level has been fitted out with a lounge/diner/kitchen with an open fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The top floor has four large rooms and another room for a bathroom. These rooms can be distributed as wanted by the new owner, and the second floor can be left as a separate entity or connected to the ground floor by a spiral staircase. There is a large storeroom and bodega built into the hillside to store wine as well as numerous outbuildings and two large water tanks above the property. A built-in barbecue can be found to the front of the property.
The finca is very productive with 3,000 almond trees, 180 olive trees, 400 vines and numerous fruit trees. There are many flat levels where vegetables can be grown and it is crying out for someone to live there self-sufficiently. There are views down the Sierra Mondujar as far as the sea, and one can really be at one with nature here.
