An outstanding plot of 6292m2 of very productive olive trees on the outskirts of Melegis, close to the main road and with its own concrete track leading to it. The plot is plenty big enough to build a small building and mains water is not far away. The irrigation system for the land is excellent and the trees are in an excellent condition, the one hundred and thirty trees producing over four tonnes of olives last year. (approx. 3,000€.) There are great views from the top terraces across the valley towards the Sierra Guajar and this would be the obvious place to put the building. It would not be permitted to live there permanently but short stays are possible.
